About Aquinas

Aquinas Education is part of Zen Educate, a registered Social Enterprise that improves recruitment and supply outcomes for educators and schools. We specialise in sourcing, supplying and supporting our supply staff on a personal level, connecting them to tailored, local teaching opportunities through the power of the Zen Educate platform. Our staff can view real-time lists of supply roles that fit their preferences, and apply for jobs quickly and easily on the go through the Zen app.

Our ethos is quite simple; we strongly promote ambition within schools and educational environments. We are ambitious for our pupils, schools, teachers and other educational workers in an ethical and modern setting. We want to promote the positive meaning of the phrase “to be ambitious”.

Working within the education sector, we believe schools deliver a very high standard of care and teaching. We endeavour to match these aspirations by providing a highly professional service and the best staff available. Saint Thomas Aquinas is the Patron Saint of Education, which is where our name originated from.

East Midlands

Aquinas head office is situated in the East midlands. We have worked with numerous schools across the East midlands since 2009 and continue to grow and expand.

Every day we strive to make count and have a wonderful impact on the schools and communities we work within. We are also committed to making as big an impact on the lives and education of every child as we can!

London

Aquinas Education made the move to London in the summer of 2016. Our aim was to create the same buzz in London as what we have in Nottingham. We know we are good at what we do and why we stand out. Our personal touch and the longevity we build with our schools goes along way and we sit here now with some fantastic relationships already built.

We work with schools across London and with our fantastic consultants continue to grow across the vibrant city. We even have our own ‘Aquinas Trophy’ which launched in 2017 with over 15 schools attending.

Liverpool

Our newest office is in the vibrant city of Liverpool. With a great location in the Albert Dock, looking out over the water, we are working with some of the best schools across the North West to provide teachers, teaching assistants, mentors and support staff.

Overseas

Aquinas work across the UK and overseas to work with schools to help with their teacher recruitment. With our website, technology and huge network of teachers worldwide we are able to create talent pools of teachers for any school wanting to work with Aquinas.
