Aquinas Education is looking for an experienced Early Years teacher who has the vision, energy and drives to lead Early Years and Key Stage 1 from September 2023. We fully understand how important the Early Years are and we are looking for the right person with commitment and passion to drive teaching and learning forward for our youngest children. Candidates must have obtained a PGCE, QTS and enhanced DBS, with two outstanding references before commencing work.

The ideal candidate will provide high-quality service to assist pupils to reach their full potential.

• is an outstanding practitioner who has a rooted passion for Early Years education and has the tenacity to ensure high standards of education for all pupils.
• demonstrates an understanding of child development and has experience in planning and delivering high-quality provision in Early Years that ensures the needs of all pupils are met.
• understands how the Early Years curriculum should be implemented to ensure each child has the foundations to prepare them for the next stage in their education.
• is a reflective practitioner who is committed to their own professional development to better their own practice.
• understands the importance of high-quality continuous provision and is willing to take risks to provide innovative and creative learning opportunities in response to the needs and interests of each individual child.
• most importantly… enjoy what they do!
