Aquinas Education are looking for a full-time Head of DT for a school in Kensington, L6 with a September 2023 start.
Full-time Head of DT Department for a secondary school in Kensington, Liverpool.
The school are looking for a teacher who can develop ideas for lessons and approaches to teaching whilst also leading the department, and acting out the additional duties that come with this senior role. Preparing pupils for exams, assessments, and the next stage of their academic careers.
This is the ideal opportunity if you are looking for a senior teaching position within the DT Department that will challenge you to use a variety of teaching methods and new developments in the curriculum to teach a range of year groups, containing pupils of various abilities, attitudes, and experiences.
You should have a teaching qualification, such as QTS and experience delivering the DT curriculum.
A Seasoned DT teacher is only suitable to apply, due to the additional responsibilities of the role and the senior leadership status.
