Brief Summary

Aquinas Education are looking for a full-time Inclusion Leader, for a school in Hillingdon, with a September 2023 start.

About the role:

The school are seeking to appoint an innovative and inspirational Inclusion Leader to lead SEND and Inclusion across our school. We are looking for someone with experience and understanding of the SENCo role who will join our Senior Leadership Team to assist with the strategic direction of the school and add value to the existing high standard of provision we have in place for our pupils with SEND. The role will involve a two-day class teaching commitment.

We are looking for someone:

  • who is nurturing, patient and has the ability to bring out the best in all children
  • who has experience working with children across the primary age range and is able to implement effective interventions and support to ensure children with SEND achieve their full potential
  • who has experience working with external agencies to support children and families as well as a thorough understanding of SEND procedures including the EHCP process
  • who has excellent interpersonal skills with colleagues, parents and children
