Aquinas Education is looking for a full-time Nursery Assistant to work in a mainstream primary after October half term.

Job Description:
As a Nursery Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting our nursery team in providing a caring and educational setting for our young learners. Your responsibilities will include:
- Assisting in the planning and delivery of age-appropriate activities.
- Creating a safe and nurturing environment for children to explore and learn.
- Promoting positive behaviour and social skills.
- Providing individualized attention to children's needs.
- Supporting with daily routines, including meals and naps.
- Communicating effectively with parents and colleagues.
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you should possess the following qualifications and qualities:
- Minimum of a Level 2 or 3 Early Years Education and Childcare qualification.
- Previous experience working with young children in an educational or childcare setting.
- Passion for early childhood education and a genuine love for working with children.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Patience, empathy, and a caring nature.
