Brief Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Primary Teacher to join our client in Birmingham. As a Primary Teacher, you will play a key role in the day-to-day delivery of high-quality education and support to students in both KS1 and KS2. You must create a positive and inclusive learning environment, whilst delivering individual learning plans, and work together with a multidisciplinary team to ensure the academic and personal growth of our students.

About the role:

Prepare and deliver engaging and differentiated lessons to meet the differing needs of students.
Develop individual learning plans and adapt teaching strategies to accommodate students' abilities and learning styles.
Utilize a variety of teaching methods and resources to create a stimulating and inclusive learning environment.

Establish clear expectations to ensure that a safe and supportive classroom environment is maintained.
Foster positive behaviour management strategies to promote students' social and emotional development.

Regularly assess students' progress and provide constructive feedback to promote their learning and development.
Keep accurate records of student achievement, progress, and any additional support or interventions provided.
