Brief Summary

Aquinas Education is looking for a full-time English Teacher and Second in Department for a school in Barnet, with a September 2023 start.

About the role:

We are seeking to appoint a motivated and talented teacher of English, as second in charge of the Department, for September 2023. Further leadership responsibilities may be available for a suitable candidate. 

The department is looking for:  

  • A well-qualified graduate with at least 3 years of teaching experience, able to offer English in KS3 and 4. The ability to teach at A-level would be desirable.
  • A dynamic professional with a track record of excellent outcomes.
  • An outstanding teacher is driven by the desire to improve life changes for young people through their teaching.
  • A colleague who is able to take the initiative and show a willingness to contribute to the department and wider school.
