We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Primary Teaching Assistant to join our team. In this role, you will play a vital role in supporting classroom activities and ensuring a smooth learning experience for our students. Your enthusiasm, adaptability, and passion for education will contribute to maintaining our high standards of teaching and learning.
As an effective teaching assistant, you will be required to support the class teacher with the planning and delivery of effective lessons. You will also need to have effective class behaviour management so that the pupils have a stable environment to learn in
The school is a two-form entry and places huge importance on providing the right environment for the pupils to thrive in. Due to the importance of creating the right environment, it is key that all staff are on board with the behaviour policy of the school and implement this at all times.
