Job Title: Teaching Assistant
Location: Redhill / Reigate and surrounding area
Position: Full-time or Part-time

Salary or Salary Scale: £85-£110 Per Day
Qualifications and Experience: Previous school-based experience is ideal, however, working with children in other settings is also desirable.

Aquinas Education is actively collaborating with primary schools in Redhill, Reigate and surrounding areas, seeking dedicated Teaching Assistants to provide ongoing support.
About the Role:
We are looking for Teaching Assistants to join our team and work in a variety of primary schools in and around Redhill & Reigate. In this role, you will provide valuable support to students across all age groups, from early years to key stage 2.
Responsibilities:
Your main responsibilities will include:
- Assisting children who require additional support to complete tasks.
- Supporting teachers in lesson delivery and managing classroom behavior.
- Supervising group activities and leading smaller learning groups.
- Supporting SEN children
- Preparing the classroom for lessons and maintaining its cleanliness and organization.
- Collaborating with teachers to plan learning activities and carrying out various administrative tasks.
Qualifications and Experience:
To be successful in this role, you should have previous experience working within a school environment or a strong understanding of working with children.
