How long have I been with Aquinas? -  5 years. 

How did I become a consultant?

Starting my career as Sports Coach/ Behaviour Mentor at a primary school based Derby City. Got contacted all the time about registering with an agency, then I got asked about an internal post and took the opportunity.

Why Aquinas?

The Ethos and Culture at Aquinas is completely different to anywhere I’ve been employed. From top to bottom we collaborate on ideas, all work hard, pull in the same direction and have a good time celebrating achievements

What attracted you to the job?

The responsibility to have more autonomy over my decisions and diary, competitive salary and uncapped bonus structure.

Yes.

Best bits of the role

Filling a position in a new school/New school booking, office environment, monthly incentives.

Worst parts of the role

Sometimes candidates don't fit the position or can let you down - You have to be very resilient to go again and resolve to get it sorted.

Sales Training, Recruitment training, Management training

Where do you see yourself progressing in the next few years?

Successfully establish my West Midlands Branch with numerous staff employed as consultants and candidate resourcers.
