A word from our Sales Director

" I am delighted to announce our first Aquinas Graduate Academy!

After falling into recruitment from school, a job I had never been told about it was something that I absolutely loved.

With the help of some of the best consultants and mentors along the way I realised, it was an industry I loved and thrived in!

It's hard work and the harder you work the more you get out of it for sure but those mentors along the way can be vital in you becoming the top person in your industry and open up doors that I never thought would open!

There are lots of opportunities in recruitment and we want to train you, mentor you and help you find the most successful role within our industry.

“to be ambitious”.

Not only do we supply the most competent teachers and support staff around, we also give back to the schools by offering a reward scheme, continued support and the chance for positive role models to visit the schools individually.
